Get Involved!!

Coaches and Players, help us help you! Sometimes it takes just as much effort off the field as it does on the field to succeed. We are committed to meet your demands in both places. Contribute to the blog, rank teams, share local and national news, or simply let us know what you would like to see and we'll do whatever we can to make it happen.

This week in college field hockey, the Univ. of Maryland, Indiana Univ. of PA and Bowdoin have secured #1 rankings in their respective divisions. Check out http://ncaa.com/fieldhockey/default.aspx?id=188 for the complete rankings and other collegiate news.
Wake Forest will take on North Carolina this Saturday in a classic ACC match-up. This is the second meeting of these two top 5 teams this season, Wake Forest won the first clash in a triple overtime thriller.

Tower Hill remains on top of our National High School rankings on http://hockeypower.com/ as they continue to find success and remain undefeated thus far. Emmaus High School out of Allentown, PA is also undefeated as well as their State Championship opponent, Penn Manor from Millersville, PA. Check back often to hockeypower.com and look for little green or red arrows indicating movement within the rankings.

Yours in sport,

Alli

Welcome to Harrow Field Hockey!

Hi and welcome to our field hockey blog! Check here for updates on our products, new adventures, and exciting field hockey news across the country.  As a new member of the Harrow team I am thrilled to be able to share my thoughts on the game we all love, and introduce our newest products that I have been lucky enough to have sneak peak at.  My personal favorites of our 2008 line are the Title IX and Pulse sticks, as a forward they offer everything I look for in an elite stick.  Check out our website, hockeystick.com for the specifics on those sticks and other equipment.  While you're there, look for your team store and see where you rank on hockeypower.com.  If there's anything missing just let us know, we are ready and willing to cover all the bases and have answers waiting for you.

There is a new division 1 national #1 this week as The University of Maryland was upset by Syracuse last weekend making Wake Forest #1 followed by Maryland at #2, Syracuse at #3 with Final Four participant UConn at #4 and the reigning National Champions, UNC, at #5.  This season is already proving to be one of the most exciting and unpredictable seasons we've seen in recent years, I can't wait to see what happens this weekend let alone the rest of the season!

Thanks for visiting our blog, check back often to see what's happening!

A Shot in the Dark

Harrow's about to be big, we're excited to share what we're doing.

We've got all new lacrosse, field hockey, hockey, and squash lines ready for 2009, new customization technologies coming online, and an in-house screening and embroidery shop that's looking to help coaches in every way we can. Not to mention the fact that our talented sales force and brand managers are out there every day, playing, coaching, and living the game - and they've got a lot to share.

So watch this space... it's been a long time coming.
